Soccer School
Train. Learn. Play. Repeat.
YOUR DEVELOPMENT IS OUR GOAL
Our aim is to provide children from the local community and beyond, an opportunity to learn and enjoy football, make new friends, and develop important life-skills. There will always be an emphasis on fun and enjoyment and our sessions will be designed to meet the needs of all players varying needs and abilities whilst ensuring we stay up to date with the current government advice and guidance.

David coached my son and daughter in Sardinia as part of a 2-week Soccer School programme. They really enjoyed his sessions, which were always fun and engaging and he always arrived with great passion and enthusiasm! He obviously loves what he does!

This state-of-the-art facility boasts a top of the range 4G playing surface, changing rooms and clubhouse which can cater for all of our player’s needs on site; providing them with the best possible environment to learn and develop their craft within a safe, self-contained rural setting in the beautiful Sussex countryside.
“We were inundated with offers from various football academies but have elected to go with Train The Way You Play based on the strength of their proposal regarding community development and the skills and expertise that David and his team can offer footballers in the local area. This is an exciting partnership which we are confident will bring added success to the work going on with Ringmer AFC on and off the pitch”.

“Our aim is to provide children from the local community an opportunity to learn and enjoy football, make new friends and develop important life skills. There will always be an emphasis on fun and enjoyment and our sessions will be designed to meet the needs of all player’s varying needs and abilities”.
Our younger age group sessions will be very much aimed at improving basic core skills and understanding through games whereas we will aim to broaden player’s knowledge and understanding of football development with an emphasis on ball mastery, overloads, phases of play and tactical aspects for the older age groups. Our groups will be split into age groups and each group will have their own dedicated coach who will be well versed in working with players from within their designated age category. During our sessions, we will provide players with opportunities to compete in a variety of fun challenges, skills and activities and we will end the week with a World Cup Tournament followed by prize giving whereby everyone leaves with a piece of silverware with a lucky few walking away with a trophy for ‘Player of the week’ and ‘Most Improved’.
The cost of the week (Monday to Friday) will be £25 per day or £100 if you book up for the whole week in advance through the website which illustrates exceptional value for money for local families and an emphasis on giving back opportunities to people in the village and the surrounding areas. The timings of the day will be 9am – 3pm (6 hours) which again represents excellent value for money for parents (£3.33ph) where they can be assured of a high-quality experience and safe learning environment from our expert FA qualified coaches.
